• SANTIAGO CONCRETE WATER TANK The concrete water tank has been an epoch-making water tank in Santiago since the early 1970s. Measuring about 30 meters high, it's a tower that spans the whole city and can be seen almost anywhere in the world. It was built with the help of Congressman Delfinn Albano, a then isolated district in Isabella, under the direction of then mayor Dodo Miranda.
